二、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)
Ⅱ Cultivation Objectives
本專業(yè)以立德樹人為根本任務(wù),堅(jiān)持科學(xué)的教育理念,努力培育時(shí)代新人。本專業(yè)主要培養(yǎng)具有良好思想道德品質(zhì)、較高理論素養(yǎng)和較強(qiáng)教育實(shí)際工作能力,并能在中小學(xué)、教育科學(xué)研究機(jī)構(gòu)和各級(jí)教育行政部門等單位,從事教學(xué)、研究、管理等方面工作的復(fù)合型人才。本專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)可以具體細(xì)化為道德情操、專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、實(shí)踐能力、綜合素養(yǎng)、交流合作等五個(gè)維度。
This major takes moral education as its fundamental task, adheres to scientific educational concepts, and strives to cultivate new talents of the times. This major trains students with good ideological and moral qualities, high theoretical literacy and strong practical ability in education. This kind of compound talents can be engaged in teaching, research and management in primary and secondary schools, educational scientific research institutions and educational administrative departments at all levels. The training objectives can be subdivided into five dimensions: teacher's ethics, professional foundation, practical ability, comprehensive quality, communication and cooperation.
目標(biāo)1:道德情操:學(xué)習(xí)教育政策法規(guī),遵守教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范,立志成為“四有”好老師。
Objective 1: Moral Integrity: Learn educational policies and regulations, abide by professional ethics standards for teachers, and aspire to become good teachers with the "Four Haves".
目標(biāo)2:專業(yè)基礎(chǔ):系統(tǒng)、堅(jiān)實(shí)地掌握教育學(xué)專業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)、基本理論和基本技能。
Objective 2: Professional Foundation: Systematically and solidly grasp the basic knowledge, theories, and skills of the education major.
目標(biāo)3:實(shí)踐能力:能夠運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)、分析和解決現(xiàn)實(shí)教育問題,開展有效教學(xué)和教育管理。
Objective 3: Practical Ability: Be able to use the knowledge learned to discover, analyze, and solve real-life educational problems, and carry out effective teaching and educational management.
目標(biāo)4:綜合素養(yǎng):養(yǎng)成健康的生活方式、具有良好的身心素質(zhì)、積極的人生態(tài)度。
Objective 4: Comprehensive Quality: Develop a healthy lifestyle, possess good physical and mental qualities, and have a positive attitude towards life.

三、畢業(yè)要求
ⅢBasic Requirements for Graduation
本專業(yè)契合時(shí)代發(fā)展變革,以新文科建設(shè)為創(chuàng)新發(fā)展方向,提升教育教學(xué)的時(shí)代性、學(xué)術(shù)性和針對(duì)性,重點(diǎn)把握文科知識(shí)性與價(jià)值性的雙重屬性,以課程培養(yǎng)作為人才培養(yǎng)的核心要素。學(xué)生主要學(xué)習(xí)和掌握教育科學(xué)的基本理論和基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),接受教育科學(xué)研究等方面的基本訓(xùn)練,掌握從事教育教學(xué)工作等方面的基本能力。本專業(yè)重點(diǎn)在師德規(guī)范、教育情懷、專業(yè)知識(shí)、教學(xué)能力、班級(jí)管理、綜合育人、學(xué)會(huì)反思、協(xié)同創(chuàng)新等八個(gè)方面開展本科生核心能力的提升工作。
This major is in line with the development and transformation of the times, with the construction of new humanities as the innovative development direction, enhancing the timeliness, academic relevance, and pertinence of education and teaching, focusing on the dual attributes of knowledge and value in humanities, and taking curriculum training as the core element of talent cultivation. Students in this major mainly study and master the basic theory and knowledge of educational science, receive the basic training of educational research, and master some basic skills in education and teaching. This major focuses on improving the core competence of Undergraduates in eight aspects: Teachers’ ethics, educational feelings, professional knowledge, teaching ability, class management, comprehensive education, learning to reflect, collaborative innovation.
