馬林茂，博士，現為管理學院管理科學與工程系講師，圖書情報專碩研究生導師。2011年畢業于中國地質大學（武漢）信息管與信息系統專業，獲管理學學士學位；華中科技大學，計算機科學與技術專業，獲得工學學士學位（第二學位）；2014年和2019年畢業于中國地質大學（武漢）管理科學與工程專業，獲得管理學碩士學位及博士學位；2017年-2018年于南丹麥大學聯合培養博士生。
l 主要研究成果及代表作品
研究課題：
1、基于公平性的城市道路交通網絡設計模型與算法研究，國家自然科學基金項目，參與。
2、“雙碳”目標下我國可再生能源政策作用機理及優化研究——基于文本大數據分析，中央專項，主持。
